Depending on the size of your party or how many people will be eating off the board, I would suggest at least a medium or large for serving more than 2-4 people. If you are going to have this as an hors d’oeuvres style, then you can scale back to a smaller size, but if this is the main food for your party or event, you should size up. Certainly, email me and we can discuss.
I recommend placing your order at least 5-7 days in advance to ensure your day/time are available. If it is a holiday, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure your day/time. I will always accommodate any last-minute orders to the best of my ability if I am available. Just reach out to see if I am able to fit in your last-minute order via email or phone.
All boards are available via disposable options and available now on purchasable wooden boards handcrafted locally by Ethan Roebuck. You are able to add on a wooden cutting board or wooden platter to your order as an add-on option. If you do not select to add on a wooden board for purchase, your order will automatically come on an eco-friendly disposable board at no extra charge.
Cheese should be brought to room temperature to truly taste its full flavor. I recommend pulling your board out of the refrigerator 30 mins prior to serving. You can graze on the board from 1-2 hours max depending on room temp. If your event or party is outside, please keep in mind you should not leave food sit out in high heat temperatures. Boards are refrigerated up until pick-up or delivery in its own separate refrigerator just for cheese.
B. I include one cracker and bread box with every order, this is to ensure your graze is fresh if you decide to receive one the day before an event. You can refrigerate it overnight and not worry about crackers becoming soggy. Grazes are 100% fine to refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next day if you are not able to receive one the day of.
All boards are fully setup prior to delivery or pick-up. You will be able to take the graze out of your box and enjoy immediately. All small and medium sizes come in a 19”x14”x4” kraft brown box. All large grazes come with a clear lid that fits the 18” round eco-friendly board it is created on.
Graze tables are setup at the location/site, please factor this in when ordering so I can have 2-4 hours to setup your graze table prior to your event or party. Please fill out a graze table inquiry form so we can discuss your options and I can provide you a formal price quote. Upon confirming and booking your graze table, I will send you a formal electronic contract to sign and date along with an invoice to pay your deposit to secure your date. 25% deposit is due to secure your day and time and the remaining balance is to be paid three weeks prior to your event. Table must be supplied by client.
All orders cancelled within 48 hours are only eligible for a Grazeful Gift Card.
Anything outside of that will receive a full refund.
